Who can use a referral code?
Someone who hasn’t ordered from Panacea before, including our previous store. Each new customer can use a referral offer on one qualifying first order. You can’t use a code that belongs to you.
When do I get my 200 points?
Once your friend’s qualifying order is paid and shipped (or picked up), we’ll add 200 points to your loyalty rewards. That’s $20 toward merchandise on your next order. New reward credits expire after 14 days.
Can I share with more than one friend?
Absolutely. Share the same personal code with as many new friends as you like. Each friend’s qualifying first order can earn you another reward. Follow their progress in your account’s Refer a Friend section.
A few simple details
For new customers only, including purchases from our previous store. One qualifying order per friend across all referral codes. You can’t use your own code. Discounts apply to merchandise, excluding shipping and tax, and cannot be combined with another coupon.
10 points = $1 toward merchandise. New reward credits expire after 14 days under the loyalty program. Rewards are issued after payment and shipment (or completed local pickup). Canceled or refunded orders don’t qualify; any points already awarded are reversed. Each placed order keeps the reward promised at checkout.
