Panacea Natural Laboratory Transparency

Kratom Lab Reports & Certificates of Analysis.

“Lab tested” means more when you can see the report connected to the product in your hands. Use the lot number printed on your Panacea Natural bottle or package to locate the matching third-party laboratory report.

Verify your product

From package to COA in three steps.

The lot number connects the product you received with the laboratory documentation for that batch.

01

Find the Lot Number

Look for a small stamped series of letters and numbers on your bottle or package. Bottles are commonly marked on the bottom; bags are commonly marked on the back.

02

Search the Exact Number

Enter that lot number in the lookup above. The search will show matching Panacea Natural posts and laboratory documentation associated with that lot.

03

Confirm the Match

On the COA, verify that the lot or batch identification corresponds to your product. A report for a different lot does not document the product in your hands.

Where is my lot number?

The small stamp is the important part.

Every Panacea Natural product should have a lot number printed or stamped on the container. It is a short combination of letters and/or numbers used to identify a specific production lot.

On bottles, check the bottom first. On bags and pouches, check the back of the package. Packaging can vary, so look carefully for a small stamped code rather than the product UPC.

Why it matters: the lot number on your package should match the lot or batch number shown on the laboratory report. That is what ties the COA to your specific product lot.

What's on a COA?

A laboratory report should give you more than a “lab tested” badge.

Test panels vary by product and laboratory, but a useful Certificate of Analysis gives you the information needed to identify the sample and understand the reported results.

ID

Sample & Lot Identity

Product description, sample identification and lot or batch information help establish which product the report applies to.

MIC

Microbial Results

COAs may report testing for organisms and microbial measures such as Salmonella, E. coli, yeast, mold and related counts.

HM

Heavy Metals

Appropriate testing can screen for regulated heavy metals and report measured values against the laboratory's method and reporting limits.

ALK

Alkaloid Analysis

Depending on the product and test panel, a report may include alkaloid measurements such as mitragynine or other reported constituents.

Understanding the report

Don't just find the COA. Know how to read it.

Laboratory reports contain technical language, units, detection limits and sample information. The most important first step is confirming that the report actually corresponds to your product lot.

We created a step-by-step guide explaining how to read a kratom Certificate of Analysis, what common microbial results mean and what to look for when evaluating a report.

01
Check the laboratory. Identify the independent laboratory named on the report.
02
Match the lot number. Confirm the batch or lot identification corresponds to your package.
03
Review the reported results. Read the values, units, pass/fail criteria and detection/reporting limits shown by the lab.
04
Check dates and sign-off. Review sample, analysis and report dates plus the laboratory's authorization information.
Can't find your lot?

No search result doesn't necessarily mean no report.

We try to publish reports promptly after receiving them, but occasionally there may be a delay. Send us the lot number from your product and our team can help locate the applicable laboratory documentation.

Lab report FAQ

Questions about kratom testing and COAs?

What is a kratom Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A Certificate of Analysis is a laboratory document reporting test results for a specific sample or batch. A useful COA identifies the laboratory, the sample, the lot or batch number, relevant test results and analysis dates.

How do I know a lab report applies to my product?

Compare the lot or batch number on your Panacea Natural bottle or package with the lot or batch identification shown on the report. If the lot numbers do not match, that report does not document your specific product lot.

Where is the lot number on Panacea Natural packaging?

On bottles, the lot number is typically located on the bottom. On bags or pouches, it is typically located on the back. Look for a small stamped series of letters and/or numbers.

What types of contaminants can kratom lab testing screen for?

Laboratory panels can include microbial testing for organisms such as Salmonella and E. coli, yeast and mold, as well as heavy-metal analysis. The tests and reporting format shown on an individual COA depend on the product and laboratory panel performed.

Why doesn't my lot number return a result?

A newly received report may not have been published yet, or the search term may not match the stamped lot number. Double-check the code on your package. If you still cannot find the report, contact Panacea Natural with the lot number.
