Order Acceptance

The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [1] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or official holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.

Returns and Refunds

All unopened products can be returned for replacement or credit for any reason within thirty (30) days from the date received for a refund, in store credit, or replacement. Fees may apply (see above in policy). All returns must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Panacea Natural reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet any of the above criteria. If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure carrier's delivery record is noted regarding the damage, in order for Panacea Natural to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Panacea Natural within 24 hours to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise claim.
